Red & Infrared Light Lamp

Gains Don’t Stop starts by getting a great night of sleep, and this red and infrared light lamp has been a key part of Oliver’s evening routine. There is no blue wave length light, so it is easy on the eyes, and helps your body get into a state of relaxation before bed.

Red and infrared light has been shown to be good for the skin and promote circulation, so if there is an area that needs extra attention (i.e. recovering from an ankle sprain or minor injury), it can help accelerate the healing and recovery process.

If using for recovery purposes, we recommend 2-3x of up to 5-10 minutes for the targeted area, and if using it as a night light, simply shine it against a wall or any direction and the red light will illuminate the room.

From Oliver’s own experience, 1-2 hours before bed, avoid turning on any overhead light or bright lights in the room (blue light). If you are going to be looking at a screen (e.g. phone, laptop, TV), we also highly recommend wearing a pair of 99% blue light blocking glasses such as the ZTU Blue Blockers or ZTU Clip-On Lenses to help mitigate blue light in the evening.

GDS and hope this product helps!
